Pool and Spa Depot is looking to add Front Counter Retail Sales Associates to our teams in both the LaVergne and Brentwood retail stores!

The Retail Sales Associates (RSA) provide customers with outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. The RSA serves customers by selling products, testing water and meeting customer needs.

**Please note these are full time positions. Our stores are open 7 days a week. Weekend work will be a part of your normal schedule.


Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Process customer transactions.
  • Build relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
  • Complete water tests and discuss results with customer.
  • Stock shelves and tidy up around store as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

**This position pays an hourly wage plus commission!!

Qualifications:
  • One to two years related experience or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexible schedule (Retail stores are open 7 days a week)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Applicants must love to earn money!!
